T-Rex

This was a salvage attempt for a previous kid collaboration that was mostly messing around and was too far gone to save. We collaged over the entire panel, then painted over that and added the volcano with multiple additives and layering for a lot of texture.

I made a stencil for the t-rex so you’d be able to tell what it was, although it’s obvious my kid (4yo) also painted over the top of it.

Later, I added the glow in the dark layer over the top of the t-rex, which was a nice surprise for him at night, since this painting hangs in his room.
